THE WHITE ANTLER RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition.
Eligible Returns:
- Home decor and accessories: Full refund within 30 days
- Jewelry: Full refund within 30 days with original packaging and tags
- Fragrance lamps: Unopened items only
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized furniture pieces
- Final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Opened fragrance oils or consumables
- Items without original packaging or tags
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@whiteantlerinteriors.com within 30 days of delivery
- We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
- Ship items back in original packaging with tracking
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
In-Store Purchases: Returns accepted at our physical location with original receipt.
