Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated on the product page or order confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer white glove, curbside, or standard freight shipping depending on the item size, weight, and delivery location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Freight: 7–14 business days

White Glove Delivery (includes in-room placement and packaging removal): 10–21 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, and delivery address. Free shipping may be offered on select items or promotions. All shipping fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

Delivery Appointments
For oversized or high-value pieces, a delivery appointment may be required. Our delivery team or freight partner will contact you directly to coordinate a suitable date and time.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, report them to our team within 48 hours. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or repair where appropriate.
